Sargent Show Choir

The Show Choir has been involved in a lot of activities over the year and still has some activities coming up. They performed at the Elementary Winter concert. The Show Choir group joined with some other girls for the song Handles Messiah. They went under the name of the Sargent Monk Choir. The group also sang the National anthem at a football game. They also performed and served at the Knights of Columbus Banquet in order to raise money for new dresses or tops. The girls also got to go see the UNK Jazz/Rock band and the Nebraskats perform. In the music contest and in districts they got a two. At the Spring Concert the group sang Edelweiss and a Medley from Sister Act. The Show choir also has performed at the Senior Tea in May. They are looking for any one interested in directing or being a part of it (9th -12th grade) They may have additions at the beginning of the year.
